Experience:
|
• Overall responsibility to develop & implement Bank's IT & Digital strategies in line with Bank's business strategy.
|
|
• Minimum 15-years' relevant experience.
|
• Provide insight into digital ecosystem, faster time to market, high availability of core banking, business model innovative solutions, trends and customer expectations.
|
|
• Track record of delivering large-scale technology programs.
|
• Ensure implementation of SBP Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Management Framework.
|
|
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic mindset.
|
• Formulate IT & Digital banking-policies and procedures that support effective financial and business planning, cost optimization and vendor performance across the Bank.
|
|
Qualification:
|
• Ensure IT services delivery & operation management and seamless acquisition and implementation of IT Systems.
|
|
• Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/ International)
|
• Build and Lead a high performing IT & Digital organization.
|
|
Performance Goals:
|
• Orchestrate transformation of IT infrastructure, IT & Digital operations and service delivery model.
|
|
• Core Systems Stability & Availability
|
• Develop and implement Disaster Recovery Plan in line with Bank's BCP.
|
|
• Cybersecurity & Information Risk
|
• Review and execute IT service level agreements with service providers.
|
|
• Regulatory & Audit Compliance
|
• Ensure Cyber security, Information Security, communication links, equipment, etc.
|
|
• Digital Transformation & Business Enablement
|
• Manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities.
|
|
• IT Cost Optimization & Budget Control
|
• Any other assignment assigned by the management.
