Vacancy Announcement: Chief Executive Officer
Organization: Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities (Multan)
AFP is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, focused on pulp extraction/grading and helping growers minimize post-harvest losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Goals: Implement the company's vision and goals as outlined by the Board of Directors (BoD).
- Strategy: Develop and implement short- and long-term operational policies and business plans.
- Risk Management: Assess and minimize risks to the company.
- Financial Oversight: Manage company finances, work with the CFO on budgets, and keep the BoD informed on cash management and audits.
- HR & Operations: Oversee hiring practices, payroll, quality control, and the utilization of food processing machinery.
- Compliance: Ensure all legal, regulatory, and SECP rules are followed.
- Representation: Act as the company's representative at industry events and public meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s degree in Food Sciences (Technology, Nutrition, Engineering), Bio-Chemistry, or an MBA from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with both Food Science and MBA qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: At least 15 years of experience, including 10 years as a CEO or in senior management within similar commercial organizations.
- Age Limit: Maximum 60 years at the time of appointment.
- Contract: 3-year term, terminable with one month's notice or payment.
