Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Summary | Lead Air Punjab's strategic direction, operations, and overall performance. Drive operational and financial excellence while upholding safety and governance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience with at least 5 years in a C-suite role.
Experience in airline management, route and fleet planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong governance, financial, and public representation skills.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputed institution.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Role Summary | Oversee the airline's operational performance including flight operations, ground handling, safety, and engineering.
Qualifications & Experience
15 years of leadership in airline operations with 5 years in a senior operational role.
Comprehensive understanding of PCAA, ICAO standards, and Safety Management Systems.
CPL or equivalent professional pilot license preferred.
Master's degree in Aviation or related discipline.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Role Summary Define and execute commercial strategy across route planning, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of commercial airline experience, 5 years in senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in network planning, revenue management, and marketing.
MBA or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Summary Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring governance, fiscal discipline, and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
15+ years in financial management including 5 years in aviation industry.
Experience in aircraft leasing, fundraising, and ERP implementation.
Head of Human Resources (HR)
Role Summary Design & lead the airline's human capital strategy to build a performance-driven organization.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, deg
12+ years of HR leadership experience, 5 years in aviation sector.
Proficiency in HR systems, regulatory compliance, and workforce planning.
Company Secretary
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, manage board affairs, and uphold governance standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Member of ICAP, ICMAP, or LLB degree with relevant corporate experience.
5-7 years of experience in corporate or legal roles, preferably in regulated sector.
Strong understanding of SECP regulations and corporate governance frameworks.
