- The initial appointment is for three years, extendable by two years based on performance.
- Maximum age limit is 55 years as of the application deadline.
- Government employees from Azad Jammu and Kashmir can apply through the proper channels.
- Pay package is BS-20 (negotiable), with 30% of the minimum pay scale as social security benefit (excluding those already receiving a pension), and standard government increments.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

- No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test/interview.
