Medical Teaching Institution (ATH/MCH/CD) Abbottabad is a Tertiary Care 1500 Beds Hospital under MTI Act, 2015. It is inviting applications from dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the following vacant position for a period of three years.

POST/NATURE OF POST: Director HR

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's Degree in HR/Management from a recognized university.
  • HR Certifications from a reputable institution will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources Management in a reputable organization.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent Human Resources Management and an employee strength comparable to MTI-ATH/MCH/CD.
  • Excellent Change Management Skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
  • Excellent IT/Computer Skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate HR policy and procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Implement performance management systems.
  • Ensure employee training and development.
  • Manage employee relations and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the Board of Governors (BOG) and management.
  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee records.
  • Work closely with the BOG and management to achieve organizational goals.

  3. A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited through a bank challan in Account No. 00000000000000000000 at any branch of Allied Bank Limited in favor of MTI-ATH/MCH/CD. The original deposit slip must be attached with the application.

  1. Deadline for submission of applications is: August 26, 2025.
