• IMPORTANT NOTES:

• AGE WILL BE CALCULATED FROM THE LAST DATE FIXED FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS.
• LOCAL/DOMICILE CERTIFICATE: The candidate should submit a local/domicile certificate of their district. A married female candidate, not already in Government Service and desiring to apply on the basis of the local/domicile of her husband, is required to submit the local/domicile certificate of her husband containing her name. In the case of in-service candidates, the local/domicile certificate endorsed in the service record of the department will be accepted.
• The Government reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to fill more or less than the number of vacancies announced by the Commission.
• DIVISIONAL ALLOCATION: The division-wise allocation of the vacancies has been made by the Board of Revenue.
• ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility of the candidates in terms of Recruitment Rules and the advertised conditions shall be determined after the conduct of the Competitive Examination. On detailed scrutiny of the applications, if they are found ineligible, their candidatures will be canceled irrespective of the fact whether they have appeared in the examination or even qualified therein. On rejection of the application of candidates on the basis of their ineligibility, the Commission would inform the applicants. The candidates should, therefore, make sure before applying that they are eligible in all respects for the post they have applied for.
• VIVA VOCE TEST/INTERVIEW: The written examination qualified candidates will be called for Viva Voce Test, and the same would contain the following:
  • CURRENT AFFAIRS: For the last one or two months, important happenings/issues which are highlighted in Press/Electronic Media.
  • GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: Related to Balochistan, Pakistan, and International.
  • ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS STUDIES: Islamic questions regarding day-to-day issues as a Muslim and the Period of Khulafa-e-Rashideen. However, a candidate belonging to another religion would be asked questions according to their religion.
  • PAKISTAN STUDIES: From 1857 - Till date.
• The applicants who desire to submit their applications in this office by hand are required to submit a one-page application form along with all documents and five recent attested photographs.
• The candidates who apply online/submit their application form by hand are required to fill the application form carefully. Incorrect/suppressed information in various columns of the application form will render a candidate to be disqualified.

• Applications are invited for filling the following Nine (09) temporary but likely to become permanent posts of NAIB TEHSILDAR (B-14) in the Board of Revenue Balochistan by initial recruitment through the written competitive examination as prescribed under the rules. The Division-wise distribution of the posts is as under:

  QUALIFICATION:

  Bachelor's Degree at least 2nd Division from a recognized University.

• Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 28 years
• Upper age relaxation: Up to 43 years for fresh candidates and government servants in Balochistan

• Gender

• Both male and female candidates are eligible.

• Eligibility

• Citizens of Pakistan with a local/domicile certificate from Balochistan (Sibi Division) are eligible.
• Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channels.

• Examination Syllabus

• Two papers will be conducted; the total marks for the test/interview will be 300.
  • Paper 1 (100 Marks): English language skills, including essay writing, active/passive voice, direct/indirect speech, precise writing, Urdu to English and English to Urdu translation, English composition, and letter writing.
  • Paper 2 (100 Marks): Knowledge of Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics (including Arithmetic), General Knowledge, Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic internet knowledge, and Geographical Information System (GIS).
• Viva Voce Test/Interview (100 Marks)

• Examination Fee

• Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only).
• To be deposited in the State Bank/National Bank or Government Treasury in Balochistan using the prescribed provincial (green) challan form under the Head "C-02101-ORGAN OF STATE EXAMINATION FEE BALOCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION."

• Testimonials

• Candidates qualifying for the written exam must submit the following documents after the result announcement:
  • Verified copies of academic qualification certificates/degrees with detailed marks certificates.
  • Verified copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
  • Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
  • Original Treasury Challan of Examination Fee (Rs. 1500/-) with two photocopies.
  • Five latest attested photographs with name and parentage.
  • Three Character Certificates (one from the last attended educational institution and two from different gazetted officers not related to the applicant) for non-serving candidates.
  • Departmental Permission Certificate for in-service candidates.
