Job Opportunity: President/CEO of Bank of AJ&K
Applications are invited for the appointment of President/CEO based on the following criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Must be a career banker with at least five years of experience at a senior level (Executive Vice President or above). Candidates must have expertise related to the bank’s business model and risk profile.
- Age: Between 40 to 65 years old.
- Education: Minimum of a graduation degree (or equivalent) in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Term: The initial term of office is three years.
Terms & Conditions
- Location: Head office in Muzaffarabad.
- Contract: A 3-year contract, extendable by mutual consent.
- Salary: Market-based competitive salary and emoluments.
- Selection: Candidates must meet the "Fit and Proper Test" criteria of the State Bank of Pakistan.
