How to Apply?
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role; previous experience in a mining or industrial site environment is an advantage; proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: Adaptable to working in remote, rugged site conditions with the ability to work flexible and extended hours as needed; occasional travel to different locations or sites may be required; strong written and verbal communication skills in English; demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Responsibilities: Manage the GM's calendar, meetings, and travel logistics; prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations; maintain confidential records; coordinate and organize internal and external meetings; manage budget tracking and support administrative tasks; act as liaison with stakeholders; organize events, and handle correspondence and communications
