How to Apply?
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR governance and compliance requirements. Experience in budgeting and financial management within an HR context. Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and industry standards. Collaborate with legal and audit teams to address compliance issues. Create a digital HR roadmap aligned with strategic goals, leading HR digitalization efforts including HRIS implementation. Conduct salary surveys for competitive compensation, manage employee benefits, and oversee external contractors' compliance. Prepare budget reports, coordinate with payroll service providers, and manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS. HR Lead IR & ER
- Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 plus years of experience in industrial and employee relations, ideally within mining or heavy industry.
- Proven track record in managing labor relations and negotiating with unions. Deep understanding of labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and execute IR/ER strategies aligned with operational goals and mining regulations, leading labor union negotiations for productive agreements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee labor disputes and grievances, and act as a liaison between management, employees, and the local community. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, implement consistent disciplinary procedures, provide guidance to management on sensitive matters, and maintain accurate records and reports on industrial and employee relations.
