The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Govt. of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of "Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program", and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments for following "Individual Consultant Services" to be engaged under "Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP) Program" funded by World Bank:

Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE) (01 Position |
Qualification: Bachelor's (16 years)/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Information Systems or a related field. Certifications in one or more of the following will be preferred: <br> a) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) <br> b) Professional certifications in IPSAS or IAS. <br> c) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer/Data Engineer or .NET Developer. <br> Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable. Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of end to end successful implementation of software's within timelines) including Budgeting and expenditure management systems. Book keeping and financial reporting Procurement and inventory management modules. Fixed asset management and HR/payroll systems. Proficiency in Microsoft. NET technologies, database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and system integration (APIs, middleware). |
