Expression of Interest (EOI) from the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) for a Procurement Specialist position. The project is the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP), which is funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education: Master's degree or post-graduate qualification (at least 16 years of education) in a relevant field such as procurement, law, business administration, supply chain management, economics, engineering/IT, or other related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience.
- 10 years of experience in procurement practices.
- Experience in a government organization, entity, or donor agencies/development banks.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of PPRA rules, and familiarity with ADB/World Bank procurement guidelines.
