Overview

Job Openings & Requirements
1. Senior Manager - PMU
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). Must be a Registered/Professional Engineer with PEC.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, including 10 years in a senior position. Mega-building project experience is preferred.
2. Manager Civil
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be a Registered/Professional Engineer with PEC.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
3. Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred). Must be a Registered/Professional Engineer with PEC.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
4. Manager IT
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, AV, security, and smart building systems. Experience in convention centers, airports, stadiums, data centers, or public facilities is preferred.
5. Manager BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Professional certification in BIM software platforms is required.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM implementation on major projects.
6. Manager Finance
- Education: MBA Finance, ACCA, ACMA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure projects, public sector development projects, or financial management. Experience in large-scale construction or public infrastructure projects is preferred.
7. Documentation Officer
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Architecture, Library Sciences, HR Management, or Social Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience. Proficiency in electronic document management systems (EDMS), Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms is required.
