Qualifications
The candidate must have at least one of the following qualifications: (i) A member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; OR (ii) A member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries; OR (iii) A person having a Masters degree in business or finance or commerce or law from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated experience serving as Company Secretary in a reputable Public/Private Sector organization or State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), or a reputable national or multinational organization. Power, Energy or Generation Sector experience will be given preference. The candidate must comply with the 'Fit and Proper Criteria' prescribed under Schedule-IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations), Act 2023.
Pay Scale
A market competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience
