Positions

Qualifications

At least one of the following: (i) Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; OR (ii) Member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries; OR (iii) A person holding a Master degree in business or finance or commerce or law from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated experience serving as Company Secretary in a reputable Public/Private Sector organization or State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), or a reputable national or multinational organization. Power/Energy sector Company Secretary experience will be given preference.

Pay Scale

Negotiable market-based remuneration package and fringe benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience

Last Date

Maximum age shall be 55 years on the closing date of applications
