• If non is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (2 Division) with science from a recognized board along with 02 years diploma in the relevant discipline from recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty F.Sc (Second division) from a recognized board having diploma in the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.
• If non is available than candidates having qualification of Matric (2 Division) with science from a recognized board along with 02 years diploma in the relevant discipline from recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.
• 1) Both Male/Female applicants having domicile of Province of Punjab can apply. 2) Appointments shall be made, on contract basis initially for a period of 01 year extendable subject to good performance, under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004" (amended till date) of the Government of the Punjab.
• 3) Complete applications along with attested copies of all educational certificate (like Matric. F.Se ete/degree/diplomas, copy of domicile, valid CNIC, work experience certificate (if any) and 02 latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of Medical Superintendent, Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan.
• 4) In case of "O"Level& 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
• 5) Applicants must present original documents at the time of interview.
• 6) Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Govt. of the Punjab, S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
• 7) Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
• 8) Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 (amended till date)/Recruitment Policy, 2022" and instructions issued from time to time by the Govt. of the Punjab.
• 9) Persons already in Govt. service/Semi Government/Autonomous body should apply through their Departments along with NOC.
• 10) Incomplete applications as well as the applications received after the closing date shall not be entertained in any case.
• 11) Special person shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department with disability certificate.
• 12) Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
• 13) Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the applicant at the time of interview. The candidate will bring all the degrees attested by the HEC at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she will not be allowed to appear in interview.
• 13) These vacancies are post specific and non-transferable.
• 14) No TA/DA shall be allowed for appearance in any test or interview.
• 15) Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules relating to the post as mentioned above.
• 16) Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
• 17) Candidate shall submit duly filled in application form (online), along with deposit slip prescribed fee in the favor of National Testing service, copy of CNIC and two recent passport size pictures along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form. 18) Test fee shall be paid to One (1) Link One (1) Bill participating banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using 20 digits Invoice Numbers generated in your fee slip. Only one (1) bill invoice will be accepted.

• 20) Candidates can apply through NTS till dated 10-01-2025 (Friday).
• 21) The date of written test will be communicated to the eligible/short listed candidates only through NTS.
• 22) Candidates are advised to keep on visiting NTS website for updates.
• 23) Roll Number slip shall be uploaded on NTS website before the written test.
• 24) Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, short listing for interview will be done as per criteria defined by the department.
