2. Junior Technician (Pharmacy)	09	01	—	F.Sc (second division) from a recognized Board having a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty in the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized Board.
3. Junior Technician (Surgical)	09	01	—	F.Sc (second division) from a recognized Board having a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty in the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized Board.
4. Junior Technician (Anesthesia)	09	01	—	F.Sc (second division) from a recognized Board having a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty in the relevant allied health sciences discipline from a recognized Board.
5. Record Keeper	05	01	—	Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board. Preference shall be given to the computer literate.

Terms & Conditions

1. Both Male/Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
2. Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004" (amended to date) initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
3. In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
4. Special Persons (Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
5. Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
6. The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application. Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
7. Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
8. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
9. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
10. Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university with HEC recognized, will be considered/acceptable.
11. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
12. Complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the candidates along with original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview, otherwise interview will not be allowed.
13. Department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.
14. Candidates are advised to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria in the rules relating above.
15. Candidates shall have at least 50% marks to pass the NTS test. However, in case if the required pool short listing is not obtained through 50% marks then department/institution has the right to reduce the short listing criteria for interview or any other policy for short listing as defined by the Administrative Department/Institution according to Recruitment Policy 2022.
16. The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or any recognized/registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Institution of Punjab.
17. The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/clause in short listing criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.
18. Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS test will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
19. Candidate shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website and submit their duty filled in application form along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favour of Testing Service, copy of CNIC and four recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) to be sent directly to NTS office mentioned on Application Form through courier.

HOW TO APPLY

1. The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with two/02 sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificates/degrees/diplomas/valid registration certificate/other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate (if any) and 4 passport size photographs to NTS office.
2. The Last Date for submission of Application is 13-01-2020.
3. The Candidates must visit the National Testing Service Website and Candidates are advised to visit the NTS official site for updates within the same duration of 15 days.
4. The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant portal of the NTS website.
5. The Shortlisted candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
6. All candidates should bring their original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.
7. The list of selected candidates will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the selected candidates will be intimated vide postal address or any other source of communication i.e. telephonically.
8. Provision of false/fabricated/bogus may lead to strict consequences/action.
9. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
