- The candidate should be skilled in the work of a sweeper and water carrier. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the work of a sweeper and water carrier.
- Daily Wages Contingent Paid Staff will be registered according to the government standards/laws, considering their skills. Daily Wages Contingent Paid Staff will be called from time to time according to the laws, and will be paid according to the government's prescribed rate for the number of days they work. The competent authority shall also have the right to dismiss the Daily Wages Contingent Paid Staff at any time.
- Daily Wages Contingent Paid Staff will not have the right to be regularized and will not be allowed to take leave without prior notice.
