Terms & Conditions:
- All applications can be submitted to the office of the undersigned during official hours until 20-08-2026.
- According to Section 8 of the Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules 2021, the age limit for candidates must be between 18 and 30 years. For government employees who have completed 3 years of continuous service, the upper age limit is 35 years.
- Applications must be accompanied by two passport-size photographs and attested copies of educational certificates and other required documents.
- Candidates who are already government employees must send their applications through their respective departments (proper channel).
- The shortlist of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board on 25-08-2026.
- Shortlisted candidates for the posts of Stenographer, Assistant Computer Operator, and Steno-typist will undergo a written test for shorthand and computer operations on 27-08-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned.
- The list of successful candidates from the written test will be issued on 01-09-2026, while interviews will be conducted on 03-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.
- Candidates must bring their original educational certificates and other documents at the time of the test/interview.
- Candidates will undergo a probationary period.
- No TA/DA (travel/daily allowance) will be provided to the candidates.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any test or interview at any stage.
- Successful candidates can be posted in any court within District Nasirabad.
- Any form of recommendation, lobbying, or influence will lead to the immediate disqualification of the candidate.
