Applicants must submit their applications along with attested copies of their National Identity Card, educational certificates, domicile certificate, and two passport-size photographs by March 7, 2025, during office hours at the specified office. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The final list of eligible candidates will be displayed at the office on March 8, 2025.

2. Written Test: The written test will be held on March 12, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the court premises.

Candidates must bring their own pens, pencils, etc., and their original ID cards.

3. Domicile Requirement: Applicants must be residents of Poonch District.

4. List of Successful Candidates: The list of candidates who pass the written test will be displayed on March 14, 2025.

5. Interview and Computer Test: Successful candidates will have their interviews and computer tests on March 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Separate call letters will not be issued for this.

6. Document Verification: Original documents will be checked at the time of the interview, and candidates must bring their original documents.

7. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for attending the test/interview.
