Terms & Conditions:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
4. Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
8. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
9. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
10. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning a reason or if any changes are made in Service Rules/ATP rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly.
11. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification and the number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
12. Not fulfilling any of the written statements in the application form or any misinformation will automatically exclude the candidate from the whole recruitment process at any stage.
13. All such information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the MS DHQ Hospital Ghallanai, District Mohmand.
14. Shortlisted candidates will provide attested photocopies of each document immediately to the office of Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Ghallanai, for scrutiny.
15. Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of the interview.
16. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate, in case of fake/misinformation/documents were found, their appointment order will be canceled automatically.
17. 10% quota will be reserved for Female candidates, 2% quota will be reserved for disabled & 5% quota will be reserved for minorities candidates.
18. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
19. In the case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
20. The numbers of posts can be increased or decreased as per the positions code allotted by the Finance Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated.

• Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through the Easypaisa app or Agent Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.

• After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank stamp with yourself and don't send it to ETEA office.

• Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 3rd Feb 2025.

• Last date for submission of online application is 17th Feb 2025.

• Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.

• Test date, time & venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.

• No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for a screening test through postal/courier means.
