Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out later.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC at a NADRA e-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) before applying.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Screening will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates must be eligible by the last date of application receipt.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be as per government rules.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Applicants for multiple posts must apply separately with separate fees.
- Preference will be given to candidates from North Waziristan; others from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may be considered if local candidates are unavailable.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application, and government service rules will be followed.
- The number of vacancies can be changed.
- Misinformation or not fulfilling application requirements will lead to exclusion from the recruitment process.
- Information will be displayed on the notice board of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Miranshah.
- Shortlisted candidates must provide attested document photocopies for scrutiny.
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents, CNIC, and attested photocopies at the interview.
- Selected candidates will pay for document verification; appointments will be canceled if documents are fake.
- Quotas are reserved for female (10%), disabled (2%), and minority candidates (0.5%).
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
- Foreign degree holders must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.
How to Apply
- Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
- After online application submission, a deposit slip with a token number and project code will be generated.
- Print the deposit slip and deposit the fee at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent, Easy Paisa app, or Jazz Cash app.
- After fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the stamp from the bank.
- Don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA; they will be required from qualified candidates by the appointing authority.
- The online application deadline is March 8, 2025.
- Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their roll number slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
- No separate call letter will be issued for screening tests through post/courier.
- No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
