i. Applicants must have passed the Testing Services (STS) test conducted by Sukkur IBA in the Graduation category with at least 40% marks and must hold the certificate issued by STS for appointment to the above mentioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicants who applied before the test of civil servants (age relaxation) rules 2024 dated October 16, 2024 will be counted from the date of expiry of the application submission date i.e. November 30, 2021. The age relaxation limit will be 15 years, however, for those who applied after the announcement of the above rules, their age relaxation will be 5 years, as stated in the notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department.
iii. The quota for initial appointment will be included according to the laws/principles/policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service must obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application. And its original copy will be mandatory to submit before the departmental selection committee at the time of interview.
v. Appointments will be made according to the policy stated by the Government of Sindh and Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time.
vi. Only eligible and selected candidates will be called for interview.
vii. Applicants will have to appear before the departmental selection committee with original documents for interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
viii. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
