Terms and Conditions for Recruitment:
- All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the screening test. However, if any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, such candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to create their profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee, all candidates must verify their CNIC number from any franchise (EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash) by printing the E-Sahulat token from the website, as without verification, the candidate will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates securing 50% marks based on their screening/written test will be shortlisted for an interview.
- Candidates securing 50% marks in the screening test will be shortlisted and called for further recruitment processes.
- The Directorate reserves the right to change, increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised posts.
Criteria for Selection (Total Marks: 200):
- ETEA Test: 50% out of 100 marks
- ETEA Code: 50% out of 100 marks
Note: Only experience certificates issued by a government department based on full-time paid employment in the relevant field will be acceptable. Experience certificates issued on the basis of self-employment, private work, internship, and volunteer work will not be given marks.
- The overall eligibility of the candidates will be based on the documents received by the last date.
- Employees working in autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions should submit their applications through their respective departments.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as per prevailing rules.
- Original documents along with attested copies must be brought at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
- In case of a foreign degree, it is mandatory to submit an equivalent education certificate from HEC.
How to Apply:
- Interested candidates should first visit ETEA website and apply online.
- After successful submission of the online application, the candidate should obtain a printout of the prescribed challan form, completely fill it out, and deposit the test fee (non-refundable) in any branch of UBL or EasyPaisa/Jazz Cash.
- Candidates must keep the original deposit slip safe with them and bring it with them at the time of the screening/written test.
- After depositing the fee, candidates should visit the ETEA website again and enter the transaction ID of the deposit slip in the prescribed box to confirm the submission of the application.
- Candidates can download the roll number slip from the ETEA website 7 days before the test. Candidates must bring the roll number slip along with the original CNIC at the time of the test.
- The last date for submission of applications is March 27, 2025. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Candidates facing any difficulty while applying online can contact ETEA through email or helpline numbers.
- Candidates can get information about the syllabus, test centers, and results through SMS by writing ETEA and sending it to 8583.
- Incomplete applications and applications with incorrect information will be rejected.
- The decision of the competent authority regarding the recruitment process will be final.
