TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will traverse E-Sahulat and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interview/call letters will be issued to the shortlisted candidates only.
- Based on ETEA screening/written test, candidates obtaining 60 marks and above will be shortlisted and called for further recruitment process.
- The Directorate reserves the right to cancel or decrease the posts at any time.
Criteria for selection (Total Marks - 200):
- 100 Marks for ETEA
- 100 Marks as per Esta Code (50% of total marks)
NOTE:
- Experience marks will be awarded to only those candidates who have relevant experience of full-time paid employment in the Government sector. Experience of self-employment and independent practice in any discipline or as Volunteer or as Self-Internee will carry no marks.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects till the last date of receipt of the applications.
- The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
- Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview along with attested copies of all testimonials.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in Advertisement and in No. of Posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip having token number, Project Code, & candidate's personal information will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app, or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
- Please do not send any documents to ETEA; the provision of documents/testimonials with the online application will not be required at the time of submission of forms before the test. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the shortlisted candidates only in the screening test as and when required by the ETEA/appointing authority for scrutiny purposes after the screening test.
- Availability of the online Application form on www.etea.edu.pk on 7th Feb, 2025.
- Last date for submission of online application is 20th Feb, 2025.
- Candidate will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk.
- Test date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letter will be issued through SMS by ETEA.
