(i) Bachelors degree or equivalent, with at least second division, from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). (ii) Holder of a six-month certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE). (iii) Holder of a speed of eighty words per minute in English Shorthand and thirty-five words per minute in English Typing on the computer. (iv) Holder of a certificate in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE). |

Such applicants who meet the following requirements can apply for the mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh job portal at.
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category, with at least 40 marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.
iii. General age relaxation will be applicable as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. The quota share reserved for initial appointment will be followed according to the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
v. Such applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
vi. Appointment will be made under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its Rules, as amended from time to time, under Notification No. SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019 (BS-5 to 15) dated 26.04.2023, 11.07.2023, and 21.11.2025, according to the policy notified by SGA&CD, Government of Sindh from time to time.
vii. Candidates should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for an interview as per the schedule uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.
viii. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of the interview.
ix. No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
