i. Applicants must have passed the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) test of the Graduation Category with at least 40% marks and also hold the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above-mentioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application as provided under Rule 7 regarding the Sindh Civil Servant (Relaxation in Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024.
iii. General age relaxation will be applied as per the Government of Sindh policy.
iv. The quota for initial appointment will be included as per the laws/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
v. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application, and the original copy of the NOC will be mandatory to submit at the time of the interview before the departmental selection committee.
vi. The appointment will be made under the provisions of the policy notified by SGA&CD, Government of Sindh from time to time vide Notification No. SOV(SGA&CD)8-27/2019(BS) dated April 26, 2023, July 11, 2023, and November 21, 2025, Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973, and its amended rules.
vii. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
viii. Applicants must appear before the departmental selection committee for an interview with original documents according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
ix. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
