(1) The preliminary test for the posts in No. 1 to 2 will be conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service. Interested candidates may apply online at apply.sts.net.pk on or before 31-01-2024 for the posts listed in number 1 to 2.

(2) After submitting the online application candidates should download the System Jazeed Challan of Rs.1200 (Twelve Sora Pay only) and submit it to any branch of ABLMCB in one specimen.

(3) Upload CNIC, Domicile, PRCD, a recent photograph, NOC (in case of government job) and educational documents on the online portal for candidates. Along with this application candidates have to upload CNIC issued by NADRA bearing logo of Sohail Chair.

(4) For the vacancies mentioned in No. 05003, candidates are required to submit their applications along with CNIC, Domicile and PRC attested educational documents, 02 passport size photographs on 01-31-2024 at 03:00 PM. to the address of District and Sessions Jacobabad by post or by hand.

(5) Disqualifications shall not be acted upon in accordance with the Rules.

(6) Female candidates shall be given equal opportunity to participate.

(7) If applying for more than one post, submit separate application form for each post.

(8) Government servants apply through local authority.

(9) The upper age limit shall be 30 years in the case of employees who have rendered services in connection with the affairs of the Federal or Sindh Province which is not less than 03 years.

(10) Candidates above the age limit if they express the intention and are tradesmen, are considered for appointment on the basis of merit and skill, then the individual cases of the successful candidates may be approved by the Hon'ble Chief for relaxation of the upper age limit. Justice will be presented to Sindh High Court.

(11) The dates for the written test and result of the candidates of No. Shimr 01 02 will be notified by SIBA Testing Services through their official website. The list will be displayed on the notice board of District and Sessions Court, Jacobabad, which will also include the dates of their Short Main, Typing Test and Typing Test. NET Adalat will be conducted by the Business Conduct Committee (DSC) of Nida.

(12) List of Eligible Candidates along with the Schedule of Examination to be held by the Trades Mahal Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court up to 28-02-2024 District and Sessions Court Jacob It will be displayed on the notice board of Abad.

(13) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test interview.

(14) All aspirants have to enter their cell number and full postal address for further contact.

(15) In case of using pressure for selection, the candidate will be declared ineligible for the post and the decision of the Departmental Selection Committee will be final.

(16) Candidates should bring original documents with them at the time of interview.

(17) The number of posts may be increased or decreased.

(18) TANDA will not be granted for appearing in test interview.

(19) The decision of the Parliamentary Selection Committee shall be final.

(20) Incomplete applications received after the due date will not be considered and will be rejected without assigning any reason.
