Terms & Conditions
- Each candidate must download the application form from the website of the Hon'ble Court (districtcourtsharipur.net.pk) and submit it by hand or by mail during office hours. Applications sent through any other means will not be accepted.
- (02) A character certificate from a reputable person of the area, who is not related to the candidate, must be attached with the application, signed by the certifier with name, parentage, CNIC number, permanent address, and mobile number. A character certificate format is available on the website of the Hon'ble Court.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one vacancy must submit separate applications for each vacancy.
- Attach attested copies of recent passport-size photographs, educational certificates (all educational certificates obtained), domicile certificate, CNIC, etc., with the application form.
- Attach a character certificate issued by the last educational institution with the application.
- Age for serial numbers 01 & 02 will be calculated as of 01-01-2025, while for serial numbers 03 & 04, it will be calculated as of the last date of application submission. However, age relaxation will be given as per prevailing government rules.
- Government / semi-government employees must attach departmental NOC with their application.
- Salaries and other allowances will be paid according to rules and regulations.
- Legal action will be taken against those providing false information and fake certificates.
- Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered, even if sent by mail.
- Currently, the above-mentioned vacancies do not have quotas for disabled persons, females, or minorities. However, eligible candidates can apply on open merit.
- The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
