How to Apply?
- Interested eligible Consultant Engineers may get details about TORs, Scope of Work, requirements of education and experience with detailed specifications from PPRA & EPADS immediately after the publication of this notice.
- EOIs must be uploaded on EPADs and delivered to the address noted below on or before March 19, 2025. Late submissions will be rejected. Interviews for interested candidates will be conducted on March 19, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM in the presence of the Consultant Selection Committee.
- Required Profile of Consultant Engineer:
- I. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- II. Proven minimum track record of 10 years of experience in managing and evaluating development projects.
- III. Expert in report writing, familiar with the use of modern engineering tools (i.e., GIS/GIS Mapping and monitoring tools) used in the technical evaluation of development projects.
- IV. Properly equipped with testing equipment and lab facilities for carrying out material testing.
- V. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
- Salary Package: Negotiable at the time of interview by the consultant selection committee.
- Terms of References (TORs): I. Efficient and effective assessment of schemes under ADP 2024-25 and District Sialkot flagship programs.
- II. The consultant will assess the quality and quantity of schemes/projects.
- III. Random tests will be conducted on materials like cement, soil, brick, steel, aggregates, etc.
- IV. To prepare quality assessment reports of identified schemes and upload them to a web/Android-based system along with pictorial evidence and verified test reports.
- The consultant will be hired on an assignment basis and paid monthly after completing assignments. Detailed Terms of References (TORs), scope of work, and requirements of education and experience are available at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The TORs can also be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director (Development), Deputy Commissioner Office Sialkot.
- The proposal must be submitted by 10:00 AM on March 19, 2025, at the office of the Deputy Director (Development), Deputy Commissioner Office, Sialkot.
