Instructions and Other Conditions:
- Upper age limit relaxation is according to government policy, i.e., age limit will be counted until 31-01-2026 as per KPK Civil Servant (APT) Rule 1989 Sub Rule 10(3)(1).
- Candidates must attach attested copies of their application form, one recent photograph, National Identity Card, educational documents, and domicile certificate, as well as character certificates from two respectable citizens who are not relatives of the applicant and are well acquainted with their character, and submit them to the undersigned's office by the due date. Applicants must also write their mobile number on their applications.
- Government employees must send their applications through their department.
- All appointments will be made on a temporary basis.
- No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for test and interview; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the advertisement according to government policy.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be acceptable.
- Applicants must present original educational and professional documents at the time of the interview.
- Legal/disciplinary action will be taken against those who provide false information and fake documents.
- Candidates can download the application form and character certificate from the District Courts website.
Note: The screening and interview for the said post will be held in the Court of Senior Civil Judge (Admin), Buner, for which no separate call letter will be issued.
