Terms and Conditions
- The upper age limit for positions at Serial No. 1 to 3 will be relaxed as per government policy (Rule 10(1)(3) of 1989) as of January 1, 2025. The age limit for positions at Serial No. 4 and 5 will be determined as of the last date for receiving applications.
- Application forms for the positions of Computer Operator, Stenotypist, Junior Clerk, and Driver can be obtained from the office website www.dscmalakand.gov.pk, the Superintendent Office, Session Court Batkhela, and the Naib Nazir Tehsil Dargai.
- The application form must be accompanied by two recent passport-size photographs, attested copies of the National Identity Card, educational certificates, domicile certificate, and character certificates from two respectable individuals who are not relatives of the applicant and are well-acquainted with their ethics, habits, and conduct.
- Government employees should submit their applications through their respective departments.
- All appointments will initially be on a temporary basis.
- Salary and other allowances will be given as per the law and rules.
- The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice boards of the court in Batkhela and the Sub-Divisional Court in Dargai, as well as on the court's website on April 5, 2025.
- Written, practical, and verbal tests for all positions will be held at 9:00 AM on April 19, 2025, in the court. No separate call letters will be issued.
- No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for the test and interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Appointments for the vacant positions at Serial No. 5 will be through the District Employment Exchange. Therefore, as per the said law, it is mandatory for candidates applying for the above position to register themselves with the District Employment Office, Thana, Malakand, near Government Commerce College Thana, and submit their applications through them.
- The competent authority may amend, modify, or cancel the advertisement or reduce or increase the number of posts in accordance with government policy.
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- The decision of the competent authority will be final in case of any ambiguity.
