District Health Officer Karak Jobs 2025 announce the Contract career opportunities for the post of See Below Ad in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Karak for the fresh and experienced candidates on Contract basis who have Check Advertisement degree. (Priority first will be candidates having Domicile of District Karak) and in case of non-availability of local candidates, candidates from the other Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be considered subject to fulfilment of all codal formalities for the following positions of Paramedical staff on regular basis under the control of District Health Office, District Karak.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat Token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
4. Screening of the candidates will be based on a test to be prescribed and conducted by the ETEA.
5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt: Rules.
8. The candidates working in Government Department/ Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
9. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
10. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel / reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes made in Service Rules/APT Rules, the committee will follow the Government rules strictly.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
12. Preference will be given to the candidates having domicile of District Karak and in case of non-availability of local candidates, candidates from the adjacent/nearest District will be considered subject to fulfilment of all codal formalities.
13. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification and number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
14. Not fulfilling any of the written statement in the Application Form or any Misinformation will automatically exclude the candidate from the whole recruitment process at any stage.
15. All such information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the DHO Karak.
16. Shortlisted candidates will provide attested photocopies of each document immediately to DHO Office Karak for scrutiny.
17. Candidates, shortlisted by ETEA should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of interviews.
18. The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate, in case of fake misinformation/documents were found, their appointment order will be cancelled automatically.
19. All recruitments will be made as per rule vogue.
20. In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
21. Number of vacancies can be increased or decreased as per the availability of posts at the time of interview.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa App or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI Agent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with you and do not share it with anyone else.
5. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purpose.
6. Candidates for online application must visit www.etea.edu.pk on 1st August, 2025.
7. Last date for submission of Online Application is 20th August, 2025.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No Separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for Screening Test through postal/courier means.
