(i) Graduation Second Division from a recognized board (ii) Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade. |
2- Applicants who meet the following requirements should apply for the said posts on the Government of Sindh job portal at https://sip.gos.pk:
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation category General Screening Test with at least 40 marks conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and hold its certificate as required for appointment to the said posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
iii. The quota share allocated for initial appointment will be followed according to the Government of Sindh's Law/Rules/Policy.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, 21.11.2025 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
vi. Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. IV at the district level, headed by the Deputy Commissioner, Matiari, with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
vii. Candidates belonging to the UC/Taluka Town where the vacancy is available will be preferred.
viii. TA/DA will not be provided for the interview.
