(i) Graduation second division from a recognized board (ii) Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade. |
i. Applicants must have successfully passed the general screening test of the graduation category with a minimum of 40 marks conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) and possess its certificate issued by the STS, as required for appointment to the mentioned posts.
ii. The age of the applicants will be calculated from the last date of submission of the application as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, there will be a five-year relaxation in the upper age limit as provided in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification bearing number (SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
iii. The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be implemented according to the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
iv. Applicants who are already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
v. Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, 21.11.2025 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules, as amended from time to time.
vi. Applicants should appear with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal, before the Departmental Selection Committee No. IV at the district level under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner, Karachi (West).
vii. Candidates belonging to the UC/Taluka/Town where the vacancies are available will be preferred.
viii. TA/DA will not be given for the interview.
