02 - Applicants who meet the following conditions should apply for the above-mentioned posts on the Government of Sindh's Job Portal:
(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the Matriculation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40 marks and hold the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
(ii) The age of the applicants will be counted according to the last date of submission of the application as per Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024; however, an age relaxation of 5 years will be given under the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)564/2011(PartII) dated 06-03-2025.
(iii) The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be completed and followed according to the rules and policies of the Government of Sindh.
(iv) Applicants already in government service should obtain a NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(v) Appointment will be made according to the contents of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules amended from time to time, and the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025.
(vi) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee No. 17 at the District Level, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Karachi West, with original documents for the interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(vii) Preference will be given to those candidates who belong to the same UC/Taluka Town where the vacancy is available.
(viii) No TA/DA will be applicable for the interview.
