- Candidates must submit their applications online through the SIBA Testing Services (STS) Portal for positions listed from Serial No. 01 and 02 at .
- (Manual applications will not be accepted)
- Candidates are required to upload the following documents on the STS Portal:
(i) CNIC (front and back)
(ii) Domicile and PRC/Form-D
(iii) Two recent passport size photographs
(iv) Academic documents showing percentage marks from the university or relevant certification
- Candidates with disabilities must upload a CNIC featuring the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
- After submitting the online application, candidates should download a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only). The challan can be paid at any ABL Bank Ltd branch, via the My ABL app, or through any 1 Bill-linked bank using the IBill reference number. (Please note that the fee is non-refundable.)
- The date, time, and venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. All updates and notifications regarding test dates, admit slips, results, or any other information shall also be uploaded on the STS website/portal. Candidates are advised to visit the portal regularly.
- For any queries or objections regarding the positions through STS, candidates may contact the helpdesk at 071-5644200, email sts@iba-suk.edu.pk, or use the designated query section on the STS Portal.
- Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
- If any false, ambiguous, or unclear information is provided at any stage, the candidate shall be liable for immediate failure or disqualification, even if he or she has already appeared in the test.
- In case of Government servants who has served in connection with the affairs of Federation or the Province of Sindh for a period not less than 03 years, the upper age limit shall be 30 (thirty) years as per Sindh Judicial Staff Service Rules, 1994.
- Application received in any manner after due date will not be considered/entertained.
- 5% quota reserved for candidates with disabilities. They are required to upload/send CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
- Female candidates should also be provided equal opportunity to participate.
- The list of successful candidates and date for their interview will be published/affixed on the official website of District & Sessions Court, Karachi West and notice board.
- All the candidates shall mention their approachable mobile/contact number and complete postal address for any further communication.
- This Court reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of post throughout the process of selection.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in test/interview.
- Any external influence for selection will lead to the disqualification for the post applied for.
- The candidates, at the time of interview, should bring along with them their original documents and 2 sets of photocopy.
- The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee shall be final.
- This office reserves the right to cancel/withdraw from the above posts without disclosing the reason at any time/stage.
