TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Candidates will initially be allowed to appear in the screening test based on the information provided in their applications. However, document verification will be conducted later. If any candidate's documents are found to be fake or altered, their candidacy will be canceled at any stage of the recruitment process.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to maintain an active account profile on the ETEA official website. After creating the profile, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token required to submit their application fee and verify their National Identity Card (CNIC) biometric details at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Applications submitted without this biometric verification will not be processed or considered.
- Candidates who pass the ETEA screening test will be required to go through a subsequent eligibility and document scrutiny vetting process before final selection.
- Candidates must ensure that all details provided in the advertisement are thoroughly read and met. Incomplete applications, fake documents, or late entries will be rejected.
- Applications received after the specified closing date will not be accepted.
- Details regarding test dates, rolls numbers, and test centers will be communicated exclusively via SMS. Candidates are advised to keep their mobile numbers switched on and avoid converting their network to another provider during the process.
- The upper age limit will be calculated up to the cut-off date of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government rules and regulations.
- Original educational documents and certificates must be produced at the time of the interview. Candidates already employed in government or semi-government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their competent department.
- Quota allocations (women, minorities, disabled persons, etc.) will be strictly implemented in accordance with government policy directives.
- No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
- Educational degrees obtained from private or foreign institutions must be verified and supported by an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised vacancies at any stage without assigned reasons.
- Recruitment for positions requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Finance Division will proceed strictly upon the receipt of such official clearance.
HOW TO APPLY
- Eligible candidates are directed to submit their applications online through the ETEA Application Portal.
- Upon submitting the online form, a specialized deposit slip containing a unique deposit token/project code and candidate data will be generated.
- Print out the deposit slip and pay the specified test fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL Omni / EasyPaisa applications.
- Keep the stamped consumer copy of the deposit slip safely with you; do not send it to the ETEA office.
- Candidates do not need to send physical copies of their documents to ETEA at this stage. Documents will only be required from successful test candidates later during the screening and vetting phases.
- The online application forms will become available on August 1, 2026.
- The last date for submission of online applications is August 20, 2026.
- Roll number slips and test details will be communicated via SMS. Candidates can also check updates and download roll number slips from the ETEA website.
- Information regarding the exact test date, time, and venue will be explicitly mentioned on the roll number slip.
- No separate physical call letters or roll number slips will be dispatched via postal mail.
