Interview Details

- Location: Office of the Divisional Director Health Services, Quetta Division, Provincial Health Directorate, Saryab Link Road, Quetta
Eligibility Criteria for Nurse Tutor (BPS-17)
- Three-year Diploma in General Nursing from a recognized institute with valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC).
- One-year Diploma in Midwifery (for females) or a one-year Diploma in Post-Specialized Nursing (for males) from a recognized institute, along with valid PNMC registration.
- Two-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Midwifery from a recognized university.
- Four-year BS Nursing degree from a PNMC-recognized university.
Terms and Conditions
- Age limits are as per the Government of Balochistan's policy.
- Preference may be given to local/domiciled candidates of Balochistan, contingent on the interview committee's satisfaction.
- Regularization is not guaranteed; however, contract extensions may be granted based on performance.
- Selected candidates will receive pay according to the basic scale, along with applicable allowances.
- Government, semi-government, and autonomous organization employees should apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- The number of positions may be increased or decreased.
- No travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for the interview.
- Selection is based on the Selection Committee's recommendations. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
- Terminated or dismissed candidates due to disciplinary action, misconduct, or offenses are ineligible.
- Concealment of facts or submission of forged documents will result in immediate dismissal and legal consequences.
- Services of selected candidates may be terminated without prior notice for unsatisfactory performance or complaints.
- The Divisional Health Committee, Quetta (Selection Committee) reserves the right to cancel the interview without providing reasons.
