Selection Criteria: The selection criteria for teachers are as follows, with a total of 100 marks:

(a) Academic Qualification: 100 marks

For a 4-year BS degree, the 35 marks will be distributed as follows: 20 marks for (Marks obtained / Total marks) x 35 for BA/BSc and 15 marks for MA/MSc. In the case of a professional M.Ed, the marks distribution will be separate. For a 2-year MA Education degree or a 4-year BS Education degree, 20 marks will be calculated as follows: 15 marks for (Marks obtained / Total marks) x 20 for B.Ed and 5 marks for M.Ed.

General Conditions:

1. Candidates must be residents of Tehsil Hassan Khel (Sub-Division) of District Peshawar.
2. Age relaxation will be according to government rules.
3. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be considered.
4. Candidates can apply for more than one post separately, depositing the fee for each post.
5. Original documents should be presented at the time of the interview.
6. The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
7. Selected candidates will have to submit an affidavit that they will not request a transfer.
8. The recruitment process can be canceled at any stage by the competent authority.
9. Candidates already employed in government or semi-government institutions should apply through the proper channels.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
11. No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
12. The decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
13. Candidates with higher qualifications and experience will be preferred.
14. The contract of selected candidates can be terminated at any time without prior notice.
15. Candidates must have a domicile of District Peshawar.
16. ETEA test/interview will be conducted.
17. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the ETEA test/interview.
18. Candidates must have a valid CNIC.
19. Candidates must have registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for technical positions.
20. Candidates must have a good moral character.
21. Candidates involved in any criminal activity will be disqualified.
22. Candidates must submit an affidavit that they have not been dismissed from government service.
23. Candidates must submit an affidavit that they are not involved in any political activities.
