The Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the following positions on a contract basis:

1 Director HR & Administration 01 40-55 Years MS/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as SHRM, CHRP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 12 years' experience in HR, administration, recruitment, organizational management, policy formulation, and HRMS, including 5 years in a senior management position in public/private sectors.
2 Director Program Outreach & Linkages 01 40-55 Years MS/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or related disciplines. Minimum 12 years' experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership, donor coordination, outreach programs, and communication strategies, including 5 years in a senior management position.
3 Director Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) 01 40-55 Years MS/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, M&E, Data Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analytics, reporting systems, and impact assessment, including 5 years in a senior management position.
4 Director Digital Governance 01 40-55 Years MS/M.Phil (18 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 12 years' experience in digital transformation, governance, ERP/MIS systems, cybersecurity, and digital platforms, including 5 years in senior management.
5 Deputy Director Digital Governance 01 30-45 Years Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 7 years' experience in IT systems, networking, database management, and digital governance initiatives, including 3 years in a management position.
6 District Program Officers 05 28-45 Years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Education, Development Studies, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years' experience in program implementation, field coordination, monitoring, or education sector projects, including 3 years in management.
7 M&E Assistants (male) 14 22-35 Years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, IT, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years' experience in monitoring, data collection, MIS operations, and reporting.
8 M&E Assistants (female) 12 22-35 Years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, IT, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years' experience in monitoring, data collection, MIS operations, and reporting.
9 Accountants 05 25-40 Years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts, budgeting, audit, and financial management. Professional certifications are an advantage.
10 Office Assistants 08 22-35 Years Bachelor's Degree (14/16 years of education) in any discipline. Certification in MS Office and IT is preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in office management, documentation, and computer operations.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on provided credentials.
  2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website.
  3. Candidates must verify their CNIC No. via NADRA E-Sahulat before applying.
  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the closing date.
  6. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
  7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per Govt. rules.
  8. Candidates in Govt. service must apply through the proper channel.
  9. Separate applications and fees are required for each post.
  10. No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.

  5. Availability of online application: June 17, 2026.
  6. Last date for online applications: June 30, 2026.
  7. Test details will be sent via SMS and available on the ETEA website.
