Advertisement for Repair and Maintenance

Sealed bids are invited through (EPADS) from reputable contractors/firms/companies for the repair and maintenance of the office building of the Regional Tax Office, Gujranwala, under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004.

Terms and Conditions

• All bids must be received through (EPADS) by December 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day in the Zero-Shifting office at 01:00 PM through (EPADS).
• Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and file their tax returns regularly.
• Bidders should have relevant experience and a good reputation in the field.
• The following documents must be attached with the bid:
  • NTN, STRN certificates, experience certificates, financial statements.
  • Bid security (2% of the bid amount) in the form of a pay order/demand draft in favor of Commissioner Inland Revenue, Gujranwala.
• Contractors/firms/companies will present their capacity, experience, and past performance.
• All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
