RECRUITMENTS (PPS-06 TO PPS-10)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT

SHRIMP AQUACULTURE

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitment on a one-year contract basis on project pay scale (PPS) based on the project duration (up to gestation period) under the development project "Aquaculture Shrimp Farming in Punjab (2024-25 to 2027-28)".

Conditions:

1. The recruitment will be purely on contract basis under PPS for the period of two years on performance basis, extendable up to the gestation period of the project. The annual increment will be applied as per P&D Board letter No.12(24)PO(COORD-II)P&D/2022 dated 14.07.2022.
2. Candidates from only Punjab Province will be eligible to apply for the posts.
3. In-service candidates will ensure (while applying for particular posts) that they have obtained/ applied for NOC/OPC from their concerned departments and will provide the same at the time of Interview (if called).
4. All candidates must apply online on till 18-09-2025 (Thursday) as well as submit hard copy of email received from Job Portal along with all relevant documents in person or through courier (Two Passport size recent photographs, CNIC, Domicile, Academics and Experience Certificates) attested copies to office mentioned against each post till 15-09-2025 (Friday) within office hours. The applicant who will submit both online and hard copy of documents, his/her application will be considered incomplete and will not be entertained.
5. For males 05 years and for females 08 years General age relaxation in upper age limit at the date of advertisement as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-38/81 dated 08-08-2016.
6. The name of post for which candidate is willing to apply should be mentioned clearly both on application and envelope.
7. Incomplete and after receipt of due date applications will not be acceptable and will be rejected without informing the applicants. In this regard, this office will not issue any information/notification etc.
8. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of Interview along with copy of educational documents, experience certificates, Domicile, CNIC, two Passport size recent photographs and detailed CV.
9. For multiple posts, candidates should submit application for each post separately.
10. Project is Punjab-based, and selected candidates will be required to work at any of the shrimp estates to be established in different districts.
11. TA/ DA will not be admissible for test/Interview.
12. The Department is authorized for short-listing the candidates according to their eligibility and experience. The decision by the Selection Committee will be final.
13. The Competent Authority may cancel the recruitment anytime without any prior notice.
14. The date of interview/test will be informed on given email/contact number.
15. The selected candidates will not establish any claim for the permanent appointment against these posts.
