RECRUITMENTS (PPS-02 TO PPS-07) SHRIMP AQUACULTURE PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitment on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years under Project Pay Scale (PPS) extendable up to the gestation period of the project, under the development project titled "Establishment of Shrimp Estate with Value Chain at 55 NB, Tehsil and District Sargodha (2025-2026 & 2027-2028)".

Conditions:

1. Recruitment shall be made purely on a contract basis under PPS for a period of two (02) years extendable up to the gestation period of the project. Annual increments shall be granted as per the approved criteria.
2. Only candidates holding domicile of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.
3. In-service candidates must obtain or apply for NOC/DPC from their respective departments at the time of application and must produce the same at the time of interview (if shortlisted).
4. All candidates must apply online at http://jobs.punjab.gov.pk on or before 15-03-2026 (Monday) and must also submit a hard copy of the online application (email generated by the job portal) along with duly attested copies of two recent passport size photographs, CNIC, domicile, academic certificates, and experience certificates. The hard copy must be submitted in person or through courier to the office of Project Director (Shrimp Aquaculture), 9-A Bahawalpur Road, Chauburji, Lahore, against each post by 16-03-2026 (Monday) during office hours. Applications without both online submission and hard copy of required documents shall be considered incomplete and will not be entertained.
5. General age relaxation in the upper age limit shall be admissible as per Government of Punjab S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016, i.e. five (05) years for male candidates and eight (08) years for female candidates.
6. The name of the post applied for must be clearly mentioned on both the application and the envelope.
7. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date shall be rejected without any notice.
8. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
9. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
10. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.
11. The Department reserves the right to short list candidates based on eligibility and relevant experience, and the decision of the Selection Committee shall be final.
12. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
13. Any change in terms shall be communicated through the provided email address or contact number.
14. Selected candidates shall have no claim for regularization or permanent appointment against these posts.
