How to Apply?
- Conditions (1) All appointments will be made on regular basis as per prevailing laws of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. (2) All eligible candidates (who are domiciled in Tehsil Bahrain and Kalam
- ) will be eligible to take the ETEA screening test. (3) If during the examination by the competent authority any candidate is found to be ineligible for any reason, the concerned candidate shall be declared ineligible for recruitment at any time. (4) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. (5) Interview notification will be given through SMS, so all hopefuls do not switch off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is completed, otherwise all responsibility will be on the candidates. (6) The overall eligibility of the candidates will be determined by the last date of receipt of applications. (7) Incomplete and applications received after the due date will not be considered. (8) Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given as per existing government rules. (9) Candidates working in government and semi-government organizations should send applications through their department. Experience Certificate issued by the Government and Semi-Government Organization and the concerned project countersigned by the Head of the concerned organization will be acceptable. Also experience from private institution will not be accepted. (10) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without reason and to vary / reduce / cancel the number of vacancies advertised. (11) Test | No travel expenses (TAIDA) will be given to the candidates appearing for the interview. (12) In terms of the above proposed distribution, the applicants on the 30% quota of privileged persons will be required to produce a certificate from the Revenue Department and in case of failure or non-appearance of the candidates on the said proposed quota, the vacancies will be filled up on the 70% merit quota. (13) Candidates selected for the upper level vacancies will have to undergo one year compulsory training in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Thai Abbottabad. (14) In case of leaving the service before the expiry of three years, the selected Forest Guard shall be liable to refund all expenses incurred on training. (15) Original educational documents must be produced at the time of interview. (16) The waiting list will be effective for three months from the date of interview. (17) Only valid degrees or certificates are acceptable and after recruitment the same shall be verified by the concerned Board or Institution, the expenses of which shall be borne by the candidate himself. If the degree or certificate is proved to be fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job. (18) In case of a foreign degree, the candidate must produce a certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission. (19) The successful candidate will be required to submit the proposed Police Clearance Certificate from the Police Department to the said office within one week.
- Application Procedure: (1) After creating your profile on ETA website and before depositing fee by printing NADRA e-facility token from ETA website.
- Go to any franchise (Kia Sik) along with your original ID card and verify the ID card. Without this verification you will not be able to apply for any vacancy. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from ETA website and submit it to any Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa agent or NADRA e-facilitation center (examination fee non-refundable) for which you will receive a confirmation SMS. The exam fee can also be deposited from your mobile phone through Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa application. Keep the original deposit slip with you as you will not be allowed to appear for the exam without the deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not bother to send any educational documents/certificates to the office. (2) Online application form for the posts will be available on ETEA website www.etea.edu.pk on 22.4.2025. (3) Last date of submission of online form will be 20.05.2025. (4) Candidates will be notified through SMS to download the roll number slip, so all candidates should not switch off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is completed, otherwise all the responsibility will be on the candidates. (5) All information about the ETEA screening test shall be recorded on Roll No. Sup. (6) No separate call letter for screening test will be sent by correspondence courier.
- Note:(1) Candidates should carry their passport size photograph and scanned copy of documents while applying online. (2) All candidates should read all instructions carefully before applying online.
- (3) ETEA may at any time verify the fees collected by the candidates, failing which the application of the concerned candidate will be stopped. (4) Fee collected on ID card number of any other candidate will not be admissible. (5) Registered educational qualification will be acceptable.
- (6) The candidate should keep the receipt in his personal safekeeping.
- (7) Supplying wrong information in the online application form by the candidate will not only result in rejection of the application of the concerned candidate but also disciplinary action will be taken against him.
