The Forest Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the areas of Mansehra district under the administration of Siran Forest Division, is seeking applications from interested candidates for various posts according to the following details.

Terms and Conditions:-

1. All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. The ETEA test will only be considered for the screening list, and no marks will be given for the test in the final selection, while recruitment will be done under the proposed government rules (ESTA Code) policy.
3. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during the scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be considered ineligible for recruitment at any stage.
4. The domicile of the candidates must be of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee according to the merit list.
5. It will be mandatory for candidates to obtain 40% marks in the screening test.
6. The interview notification will be given via SMS, so all candidates should not turn off or change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete. Otherwise, the entire responsibility will lie with the candidate.
7. The age limit and educational qualification will be counted up to the last date of application submission.
8. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
9. Age relaxation will be given according to the existing rules.
10. Government employees can send their applications through their department, and the experience certificate, which has been counter-signed by the head of the concerned government, semi-government, or government project, will be acceptable. Preference will be given to individuals associated with the forestry sector.
11. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without cause and to change, increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised vacancies.
12. Candidates coming for the test/interview will not be given any travel allowance (TA/DA).
13. Selected candidates for the post of Forest Guard will be required to undergo one year of training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Nathiagali, Abbottabad.
14. In case of leaving the job before the completion of the five-year period, the selected Forest Guard will be liable to pay back all expenses incurred on their training.
15. Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
16. The waiting list will be considered legally valid for three months after the completion of the recruitment process.
17. Only verified degrees or certificates will be accepted, and after recruitment, their verification will be conducted from the concerned board, the expenses of which will be borne by the candidate. If a degree or certificate is proven to be fake, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible for the job.
18. Any political pressure or recommendation will result in the immediate cancellation of the application.
19. The last date for submission of applications is 10/10/2025.
