Terms and Conditions
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Candidates who do not create a profile will not be able to submit an application. Candidates must print the ETEA website's E-Sahulat token, visit a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk), and verify their CNIC number. Processing any application without this verification will not be possible.
- All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Candidates are not allowed to bring electronic devices/mobiles during testing. If found, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
- Candidates will be informed about the test/screening schedule via SMS through the authority.
- Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active/unchanged until the recruitment process is fully completed. Otherwise, the candidate will be responsible.
- Candidate eligibility will be determined based on the last date of application submission.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be granted according to the current government rules.
- Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel. Experience certificates issued by private organizations must be countersigned by the head of the concerned department to be acceptable.
- The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
- Selected candidates for the Forest Guard posts will have to undergo mandatory training at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad.
- In case of leaving the job before the completion of 3 years, the candidate will be bound to refund all training expenses.
- Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- The waiting list will remain valid for up to three months from the date of issuance of the merit list.
- In the case of foreign degrees, candidates must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Application Procedure
- Interested candidates should visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a specific deposit slip containing the project code and candidate information will be generated.
- Candidates must deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa / JazzCash / Omni Agent or any UBL branch using the generated deposit slip.
- Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip safe. Do not share it with anyone.
- Do not send documents to the ETEA office after applying online. Original documents will be required from successful candidates later as needed.
- The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 20-07-2026.
- The last date for online application submission is 10-08-2026.
- Candidates will be informed to download and print their roll number slips via SMS from ETEA.
- The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued via post or courier for the screening test.
