- 1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing
- authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the
- appointing authority. 2. For posts at Serial No. 1 to 8: All the candidates will be required to create an account on ETEA's Website. After creating
- account and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC
- No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk), without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post. 3. For posts at Serial
- No. 9 to 11: All aspiring candidates shall submit their applications along with attested copies of all relevant documents directly to office of the
- Project Director till 20/12/2024 on the underneath given address. 4. Appointment to the above project posts will be under the Khyber
- Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022. The employees so appointed will be governed by the Project policy, and their services will be
- lable to termination upon expiry of the project life or earlier if their performance is found unsatisfactory. 5. Screening/shortlisting of the
- candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA. 6. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. 7. Candidates should
- be eligible on all respects by the last date of the receipt of the applications. 8. Incomplete applications and applications received after
- not be entertained. 9. Relaxation of age will NOT be admissible. 10. The Candidates working in Government/Semi-government bodies should
- apply through propar channel. 11. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee. 12.
- Passing marks for ETEA screening/written test will be 40% marks and above. 13. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the
- number of vacancies or cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason. 14. No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview. 15. In case
- of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from 1BCC/HEC must be provided. 16. Errons/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

- ETEA Office, copies of documents/testimonials will however be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required
- by ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny purpose. 6. Availability of online application form on www.etea.edu.pk is 25/11/2024.7. Last date
- for submission of online application is 20/12/2024. 8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips
- fromwww.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile numbers. 9. Test date, time and venue will be mentioned
- on Roll No. Slips. 10. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
- IMPORTANT NOTE Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
- Read the instructions thoroughly before filing the online application form.
- ETEA will verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected.
- Fee deposited on someone else CNIC shall not be verified.
- Unclaimed qualification/experience will not be accepted.
- Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict legal action shall be taken against them.
