SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from qualified individuals domiciled in the Province of Punjab who are dynamic, committed to excellence, and innovative in their fields for the following posts on contract basis for a period of three years (extendable) as per HEC/Ghazi University Statutes/Rules. Following posts are a break-up of these posts as per HEC criteria:

1	Registrar	01	(i) Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	Age Limit: 40-50 years	—	(ii) Ten years post qualification teaching or research experience in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
—	Contract	—	OR
—	(For a term of three years)	—	(i) Master's Degree (1st Division) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	—	—	(ii) Twelve years post qualification teaching or research experience in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
2	Controller of Examinations	01	(i) Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	Age Limit: 40-50 years	—	(ii) Ten years post qualification teaching or research experience in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
—	Contract	—	OR
—	(For a term of three years)	—	(i) Master's Degree (1st Division) from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	—	—	(ii) Twelve years post qualification teaching or research experience in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
3	Treasurer	01	(i) MS or M.Phil. (Second Division) in any discipline of Finance or Accounting from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	Age Limit: 40-50 years	—	(ii) Twelve years post qualification experience in the relevant field in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
—	Contract	—	OR
—	(For a term of three years)	—	(i) Master's Degree (1st Division) in Finance or Accounting from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	—	—	(ii) Twelve years post qualification experience in the relevant field in a recognized University or a Post-Graduate Institution or a Public or Private sector organization in a responsible position.
—	—	—	OR
—	—	—	(i) MBA/M.Com (1st Class or ACCA or equivalent qualification) in Finance or Accounting from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
—	—	—	(ii) Twelve years post qualification relevant experience.

Note & Instructions:

The candidates are required to submit 02 complete sets of applications having attested copies of degrees/certificates, one photograph, for each post on or before 15-01-2024.
Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications along with necessary documents for each post.
In-service candidates should apply through proper channel.

Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
Age relaxation may be granted to any Government or Semi-Government organization/autonomous body's employees as per Government rules.
Candidates with foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalence certificate.
Experience Certificate from private institutes must be on the letterhead of the organization duly signed and stamped by the competent authority with details of responsibilities performed and duration of employment.
