How to apply:
i. The candidates are required to submit 02 complete sets of applications bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates, result cards/DMCs, CNIC, Domicile, experience certificates, publications (if any), and one passport size photograph on the prescribed application form which can be downloaded from the University website (www.gudgk.edu.pk). The fee is non-refundable.
ii. Candidates applying for posts BPS-17 and above are required to deposit a bank draft/pay order amounting to Rs. 3000/- in the name of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan.
iii. Candidates applying for posts BPS-16 and below are required to deposit a bank draft/pay order amounting to Rs. 1000/- in the name of the Treasurer, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan.
iv. Age relaxation for applicants by virtue of experience shall be admissible as per policy of the Government.
v. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel.
vi. Applications will be received only through Registered Mail/Courier etc., by hand applications will not be entertained.
vii. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Short listing of the candidates shall be made in accordance with the criteria approved by the Syndicate of Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan.
viii. Candidates will be required to bring original certificates/documents at the time of interview.
ix. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
x. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or not to fill any post without assigning any reason.
xi. No TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for test/interview.
xii. The applications must reach the office of the Registrar, Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan up to 05-12-2025.
xiii. The University reserves the right to place any person on contract basis for any post for an initial period of one year or as per policy of the University.
xiv. The University reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any time without assigning any reason.
