CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The Government of Balochistan, Health Department, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Bibi Asmat Malik Memorial Hospital, Khudabadan, District Panjgur, on a contract basis.
1. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure the implementation of Government policies and Board directions.
- Manage hospital administration, operations, and functions effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative, clinical, and technical staff.
- Act as the principal accounting officer responsible for hospital funds and assets.
- Conduct gap analysis for infrastructure, training, and healthcare service improvement.
- Assist in strategic thinking, planning, and day-to-day administrative affairs.
- Provide leadership to senior management and staff.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and the execution of decisions.
2. Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: MBBS with MPH (Master of Public Health) or equivalent, with a valid PMDC registration certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital management, public policy, project administration, financial management, or planning and development.
Terms and Conditions
- Nature of Appointment: Contract basis for 3 years, subject to performance.
- Eligibility: Only candidates with a Local/Domicile of Balochistan can apply.
